Went for my first ride in a good 3 weeks of not training. Felt all rite legs hurt a little bit, but thats normal. Did a solid 4 hour base ride.

After a very succseful road season, mediocre cross and mtb season. I've spent the last few weeks talking to teams for next year. I got a really good offer from Team Rubicon last week, and I've decided to join there u-23 devo team for the 2007 season. From what it sounds like I'll be moving to portland and staying/racing with the team there for most of the summer.

New Team

wow that was fun after tripping over the barriars going from 5th to last in 5.6 seconds. I just rode tempo around for a while, put it in netruel and decided to wait till next year. I have some big stuff lined up for road next year that will even invovle me getting paid to ride my bike around.
